When are you going to ship my order? 90% of the orders are shipped the next day for all orders received before 4.p.m Pacific Standard Time during Monday Through Friday. We will have your tracking number available the next business day after your order is shipped upon request. Sales tax We charge 8.25% sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of California. May I order by Mail?     Yes, you may order by mail. Write down the product number and name that you want Include your complete name and address Add 8.25 sales tax if your order is going to be shipped in California.    Send a money order or cashiers check payable to:     Atlas Levy Sewing Machine, Co.     722 S Spring St     Los Angeles, CA 90014 Return Policy: Please Call For Your Return Authorization to 1 (800) 216-9128 Atlas Levy's return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Atlas Levy to be returned by you after obtaining an Atlas Levy return authorization number (RMA) during the 10 day period following date of shipment by Atlas Levy for a refund of purchase price actually paid less shipping charges. Manuals and Software are non-returnable items. We will not issue a refund on any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 10 days. The RMA number may be obtained  by calling Atlas Levy's Customer Support at 1-800-216-9128, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Product's container. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees will apply. RMAs are valid for only 10 days from issuance.. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Atlas Levy. If you return Product to Atlas Levy (i) without a RMA from Atlas Levy or (ii) beyond the 10 day issuance period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Atlas Levy retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to two weeks for Atlas Levy to credit your account.
