Sewing Machines are shipped via FedEx Ground (Shipped in four boxes andassembly is required).
We can also ship the machine on a pallet (Minimal assembly required).Please contact us for rates.

For Shipping outside the Continental United States
We limit our shipping to small packages. That is, no dress forms, sewingmachines, paper, or any other large item.
We will not mark our products as gifts, or lower priced. Custom dutiesare the buyer responsability no ours.

We do combine items to help in the high costs of shipping.

Multiple Items Shipping
Shipping is calculated based in weight and distance, in the event youbuy multiple quantity of an item this rule will apply and our eBaycalculator is able to calculate the final shipping charge for you.

Return Policy:
Atlas Levy's return policy allows for Products purchased directly fromAtlas Levy to be returned by you after obtaining an Atlas Levy returnauthorization number (RMA) during the 10 day period following date ofshipment by Atlas Levy for a refund of purchase price actually paid lessshipping charges. Manuals and Software are non-returnable items. We willnot issue a refund on any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened(taken out of its plastic wrap). If you have received damaged, defectiveor incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within3 days. The RMA number may be obtained by calling Atlas Levy's CustomerSupport at 1-800-216-9128, and must be noted on the outside of thereturned Product's container. Products must be returned in the originalpackaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage andmissing part restocking fees will apply. RMAs are valid for only 10 daysfrom issuance.. You are responsible for and must prepay all shippingcharges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product whilein transit to Atlas Levy. If you return Product to Atlas Levy (i)without a RMA from Atlas Levy or (ii) beyond the 10 day issuance period,or (iii) without proper packaging, Atlas Levy retains the right toeither refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of15% restocking fee.
