UNISUN 3Q Special Industrial Thread Trimming Machine is a specialized garment-finishing workstation designed for the rapid removal of loose and excess threads after sewing operations.
Unlike a conventional sewing machine, the 3Q Special does not form stitches. Instead, the operator presents loose thread ends to a dedicated trimming head, where they are cut while the integrated suction system draws trimmed waste away from the working area and into the collection container located beneath the table.
This configuration is particularly useful in garment factories, alteration facilities and finishing departments where manually trimming individual thread ends with scissors would significantly increase production time.
The machine shown is configured as a complete industrial workstation with a trimming head, long working table, suction hose, independent vacuum/blower assembly, waste collection canister and mobile industrial stand.
